Martha Susan Peterson, 74 of Jasper, Missouri passed away peacefully Sunday, November 10, 2019 at her home surrounded by family. She was born August 31, 1945 in Kansas City, Missouri to Tex and Lenora (Smith) Miller. Sue was a retired truck driver.
Survivors include, Four sons, Pete Peterson, Mark Peterson, Steven McManis, and Michael McManis. Three daughters, Melissa Lucas, Christi Harr, and Laura McManis. Two brothers, Larry Simpson, and Virgil McManis. One sister, Nancy Simpson. Eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Steve McManis, and a sister, Sheila Wigger.
Graveside services will be held Friday, November 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Waters Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., Friday, November 15, 209 at Weng Funeral Chapel.
