Ronetta Lee Pennell , 63 of Jasper, Missouri passed away  on Sunday, April 17, 2022 at  her home. She was born on June 20, 1958 in East St. Louis, Illinois to Roscoe and Loraine (Mitchell) Myers. Ronetta was a homemaker and had worked at several other jobs in her lifetime.

Ronetta was united in marriage to Edward Louis Pennell on March 23, 1981. He preceded her in death on March 8, 2022. Survivors include one son, Chad Pennell, one daughter, Carrie Knight and husband John, one brother, Robert Myers, one sister, Randa Myers, and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Per Ronetta's wishes there was cremation. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 from 6:00 till 7:00 p.m. at Weng Funeral Chapel, Jasper, Missouri. Memorial contributions can be made to Greenlawn Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
