Robert Wayne Johnson, 93 of Jasper, Missouri passed away peacefully Sunday, February 1, 2026 at his home. Robert was born on May 1, 1932 in Carthage, Missouri to Jim and Thelma (Bradley) Johnson. Robert had worked many years as a truck driver and farmed for 20 years. He proudly served in the U.S. Army as a medic. Robert loved fishing, where he found peace and joy in God's creation. A man of strong faith, Robert was a deacon and devoted member of Zion Baptist Church for 60 years. He was also a faithful member of the Gideon's, and served as a missionary in Mexico.

Robert was united in marriage to Margaret Stuckey on August ,16, 1952. She survives of the home. Other Survivors include two sons, Jim Johnson and wife Sharon, and Terry Johnson and wife Phyllis, six grandchildren, Jennifer Nord and husband Nathaniel, Steven Juris and wife Britney, Amber Lombard and husband Caleb, April Chapman and husband Chris, Brad Johnson and wife Kelly, and Michelle Johnson, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren,

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Weng Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 5, 2026 from 6:00 till 7:00 p.m. at Weng Funeral Chapel, Jasper, Missouri. Memorial contributions can be made to the Gideon's or the American Legion
