Oleta Mae Carter's Obituary
Oleta Mae Carter passed away Saturday, April 15th, 2023 at St. Lukes Nursing Home, Carthage, Missouri.
She was born November 9, 1923 and died April 15, 2023 at the age of 99. She was preceded in death by her husband Delbert L. Carter; her parents Henry Noll, Sr. and Anna Maria Elizabeth Noll and her siblings Raymond Noll, Henry Noll, Jr., John Noll, Lyle Noll, Ellen Daugherty, Viola Shurtz, Izerna Matzen, Lillian Niehaus and LaVonne Harmon.
She has three children Cathy C. Gresham (Jerry), Randy W. Carter (Dee) and Van Del Carter.
She has six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and many friends who will miss her.
She was a member of The First United Methodist Church, Jasper, Missouri; the VFW Auxillary since 1988 and the American Legion Auxillary. She loved to dance and went to all the surrounding senior dances and was a very social, loving person.
There will be a private immediate family burial in Paradise Cemetery, Jasper, Missouri. No public funeral per her wishes.
Memorials can be made to First United Methodist Church, Jasper, Missouri.
