Michael Jeffrey Newman, 73 of Reeds, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at his home. He was born on January 4, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri to Walstene Newman. Michael was retired from the U.S. Air Force and had worked at Leggett and Platt. He was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church of Carthage.

Michael was united in marriage to Anna Ogle in 1999. She survives. Other survivors include, a step-son, Will Ogle, a grandchild, Tianna Ogle, a brother, Tracy Newman and a sister, Kerby Newman.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19,2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethany Baptist Church, Carthage, Missouri.
