Loren A. "L.A," Potts Jr. 87 of Jasper, Missouri passed away Saturday, October 19, 2024 at his home. He was born on August 16, 1937 in Lockwood, Missouri to Loren Arthur and Thelma "Judy" (Nasalroad) Potts. Loren worked many years for Industrial Supply of Joplin, Missouri.

Loren was united in marriage to Georgia Herrod on February 18, 1958. They were married for 61 years. She preceded him in death on August 12, 2019. He is survived by his brother, John Potts of Golden City, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Judy Potts, his wife, Georgia, and a son, Robert Potts.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Pleasant View Cemetery on highway K, 9 miles east of Jasper.
