Jesse William "Jay" Gordon Jr., 67 of Jasper, Missouri passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at his home. He was born on May 7, 1953 in Webb City, Missouri to Jesse William Sr. and Bonnie (Reed) Gordon. Jay was retired from the United States Air Force.

Jay was united in marriage to Mary Cunningham on September 1, 1971. She survives. Other survivors include one son, Jesse William Gordon III (Stephanie), one daughter, Pepper Gordon, two brothers, Robert Gordon Sr.,and Mark Gordon Sr., one sister, Mary Powell, five grandchildren, Tessa Cates, Elizabeth Carpenter, Rebecca Vogt, Matthew Gordon, Brody Gordon, Clarisa Matthews, and Madison Lackey. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Weng Funeral Chapel, Jasper, MO.
