Gladys Irene Garcia, 67 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away April 7, 2021 at Cox South Hospital, Springfield, Missouri. She was born on February 12, 1954 in Joplin, Missouri to Alfred Louis and Rachel Gertrude (Tummons) Pennell. Irene is survived by a son, Adrian Garcia, a daughter, Frances Wentworth, a brother, Ed Pennell and four grandchildren.

Memorial graveside services will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery, Jasper Missouri.
