Bonnie Lee Newman, 71 of Reeds, Missouri passed away Monday, August 12, 2024 at her home. She was born on June 25, 1953 in Salina, Kansas to Kenneth and Helen (Ivy) Ketron. Bonnie was a retired clerk for the United States Postal Service .

Bonnie was united in marriage to George Calven Newman on May 18, 1981. He preceded her in death on March 18, 2014. Survivors include three sons, Courtney Ketron, Chase Newman, and Chance Newman, two sisters, Linda Deatz, and Kathy Covey, and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Ronald Ketron, and one sister, Sharon Davenport.

Per Bonnie's wishes , there was cremation and a celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 13, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at Weng Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until service time.
