Billy Joe Frazier, 87 of Oronogo, Missouri passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at his home. Billy was born April 11, 1936 in Kansas to Delbert and Mary Jane (Smith) Frazier. He was  a farmer and an engineer for Eagle-Picher. Billy attended New Providence Church.

Billy was united in marriage to Mary Ann, she preceded him in death,he was then united in marriage to Donna Burnside. She survives of the home. Other survivors include, three sons, Jim Frazier, Tim Frazier, and Mark Frazier, one daughter, Trisha Henry, two brothers, Gary Frazier, and Butch Frazier, one sister, Lena Chazez, many grandchildren, and  great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Mary Ann, a son, Danny, a daughter, Mary Kay, two brothers, and three sisters.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
